I hope you love your order ... but just in case your item(s) didn't work out, I have a fairly simple return policy. In order to receive your refund, your return must be initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date. *Shipping costs are your responsibility, if your items have arrived broken or damaged please email us pictures and we will take care of the shipping!* Email me at Lunasluckybracelets@gmail.com with the subject stating your order number and reason for the return. All items are processed within 1 - 3 days from receiving the order and are shipped out within 1 to 2 days from packaging everything up. You will receive emails updating you on your order status, I will make sure you are always in the loop! As soon as your order is in transit, I am no longer are responsible for your package. Any lost packages is not Luna's Lucky Bracelets responsibility! I cannot offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges in the event of a lost package during shipping. *Shipping is automatically calculated based on the weight of the package and your location*
